             - pre-departure information and preparation
             - insights to your country of choice
             - day to day itinerary of key activities
             - key tips for booking your trip and for navigating the once you arrive

  • 1 x bespoke travel planner revision (following one round of feedback)

  • Delivery of a final bespoke planner (for host) and 1 x travel planner (for sharing with guests)

  • Selected introduction to service providers and guidance booking airport transfers, accommodation and  selected activities.
    Please note: You will be responsible for arranging and booking your flights and itinerary.
