1. 1 hour exploratory call
2. 1 x draft bespoke travel planner of:   
     - pre-departure information and preparation;
     - insights to your country of choice; 
     - day to day itinerary of key activities;
     - key tips for booking your trip and for navigating the once you arrive
3. 1 x bespoke travel planner revision (if required)
4. 1 x final bespoke planner (for host) and 1 x travel planner (for sharing guests)
5. support booking airport transfers, accommodation and  selected activities/introduction to service provider, where possible.
 
Please note: This is for a planning service only. 
You will be responsible for arranging and booking your flights and itinerary.
